Description
An elite variant of a Europan EOD with blue armor and a spooky mask. Armed with a grenade launcher.
Location
Ashen Mesa, spawns either below City Ruins, near desolate highway or inside one of the south Bunkers. If he spawns in the Bunkers you need a scanner as you can only shoot him through a small window.
Strategy
Will aggro on any Euruskan forces and wear itself down, headshots with 20mm or a singular 40mm HE. Appears to have a limit on his rate of fire, which makes him vulnerable to cyborgs and scavs in melee range. You can punch him to death if you can approach without being blown up.
