There is word that the Europans sometimes cover their vehicles with what we assume are enemy soldiers, but they may be any hapless fool that gets in their way. If you ever find one of these Corpse-Tanks destroyed (either by their foes or your own hand) please collect its CorpseTank Control Panel and bring it here so we can identify its victims.
When accepting the quest:
They’ll use any poor soul they can find to camouflage their vehicles - just throw them on top like a coat of paint.
If you happen across one of those corpse-tanks when it’s been taken out…
Get the control panel off it. We need to know who we’re dealing with in there."
When turning in the quest:
Names of people who were just caught in the middle.
It's not much, but at least we can remember them now.
You must loot a Corpse Tank and extract. Corpse Tanks rarely spawn in place of regular Merkava tanks on multiple locations. Their marker reads "Europan Merkava Body Tank". You will need a Drill to open the tank's storage.
Corpse tanks have much higher health than normal tanks. If they enter battle, they are more likely to be flung out of the map than be destroyed. You best chance to loot one might be to use a grenade launcher with ~20 grenades worth of ammo. Anti-materiel rifles do not seem to work on these tanks at the moment [citation needed], but grenades do.
Unlike other Merkava Tanks, Corpse Tanks do not eject debris. Instead, the body of the tank becomes lootable from the rear when destroyed, like Euruskan tanks. You will need a Drill to open the container. Loot the Control Panel and extract to complete the quest.
