The Europans are fond of deploying stationary defensive turrets. Take them out or scavenge one our forces have destroyed; I don't care which. Bring proof.

Guide
Turrets are stationary and have a slow turn rate. For the quest, either the 20mm turret or the regular turret can be destroyed for the loot.
They can be safely destroyed by bursting them down before they can turn their gun towards the player when approached from behind.
The biggest threat when fighting a turret are other units drawn in by the noise.
Get near a destroyed turret and loot the Turret Debris item from the "Turret Debris" container.
The drop is not guaranteed.
