Dialogue

When accepting the quest:

We've got a problem in Ashen Mesa.

Those Eurasian HIND choppers are starting to patrol the area. I need someone to get me one of those NAV computer motherboards from them.

It's not going to be easy, but I'm willing to pay good money for it.
Luca

When turning in the quest:

Those Eurasians were pushing their limits with their air support in Ashen Mesa, but we've got what we needed.

The motherboard is safely in our hands now.

It looks like Eurasia overextended themselves again...

The helicopter commonly spawns at the extraction site near Desolated Street and is guaranteed to spawn at the FOB during Electro-Magnetic Railway Pt.3. You may need to approach the area to trigger the spawn. Its marker reads "Eurasian Chopper".

Unlike other quests involving bosses, having the quest active will not trigger the Chopper to spawn on Night Shift.

The helicopter can eventually be destroyed by Europan Medium Mechs or Merkavas if they happen to get into a confrontation.

That's an enemy gunship! A single burst from its machine gun can cut a man in half...

If you choose to take down the helicopter yourself, prepare accordingly. It is one of the toughest and strongest opponents a player can face. When attacked, it retaliates with machine gun fire or sweeps in close and fires a barrage of rockets that can end your raid in seconds. It can approach the player from across the entire map and quickly circle around your cover until it gets a line of sight.

You will need good cover with a roof when fighting, because you will not survive the rocket barrage in the open. Consider aggroing it from shanty town or bunker complex. Grenade launchers are ineffective because the helicopter keeps a distance and moves often, making it hard to hit with a slow projectile. Consider an anti-materiel rifle with with 40 or more rounds of ammunition. You will also need a good sidearm, because fire from an unsuppressed rifle will likely aggro roaming squads.

Once destroyed, the helicopter's debris will drop the ground. The HIND Nav Computer can be located in the debris, which can be accessed under the hull of the chopper, near the tail. The drop is not guaranteed. You can respawn the chopper by running far away and coming back to its spawn point.
