The item spawns in a fixed location on a crate in the courtyard of the fortified structure in the south. It can be detected using a Tactical Camera, and it is guarded by a squad of Euruskan soldiers (either regular Soldiers or Riders). Additionally, a Eurasian Chopper will take off from the base and patrol the main highway.
This quest is replayable for extra parts.
Trivia
