What I don't have are the components to build the parts that build the gun. If you're up for this, we can work together to bring one to life. I'll get to study and tinker, and you'll get to take it with you once I'm done. Sounds good? Good. Alright. Firstly, we need the rails. Essentially the barrels of the gun. If we can't get those, or they aren't in prime condition, we can kiss the whole thing goodbye. A little bird told me they have a stockpile of 'em in Elephant. Find a pair and bring 'em back to me. Simple as. But of course expect anything related to their experimental weapon to be under heavy guard.

The hangar is in the south of the map. There is a lever at the top of the catwalk, accessible from near the hangar's main gate. Activate it to call for a courier drone that will deliver the rails. This also has a chance to summon a squad of EODs to your location, which you can evade by jumping down.
The non-hostile drone will arrive in about one minute to the middle of the hangar. You do not need to destroy it. Approach and loot it to retrieve the rails.
This quest is replayable for extra parts.
