Bunco needs you to neutralize Europan forces within Scorced Enclave before making you extraction.

When accepting the quest:

Remember what goes well with water?

I need you to spill not water for Bunco... but blood.

Are you thirsty like me? Help the scavs. Got to Scorched, and sip some Europan blood.

When turning in the quest:

I knew a killer when I saw you. The scavs speak of you at the bar. You should be honoured. Come back for more.

"Eliminate before extracting" means you need to kill all 15 targets in a single raid and survive, else the counter resets. Any Europan units will count. When in doubt, mark the unit (default Z) to see their faction.

This quest cannot be completed during Night Shift since Europan units do not spawn at that time.
