The quest is currently not functional as the AA Vehicle does not spawn.
The Banner of the Red Baron's description currently says "Targeting computer from an AA vehicle". Dropping and picking it up in Ashen Mesa does not count for this quest.
When this quest is active, pinging a Europan Merkava Tank will say "Europan Armored Vehicle."
